Business Networking and Wi-Fi in Gauteng

@fnet Systems designs, configures and supports business networks and Wi-Fi for offices, warehouses and multi-site companies, from our base in Midrand, Gauteng. We set up switching, routing, firewalls and wireless coverage, document how it all fits together and support it after go-live.

Why office networks become slow and unreliable

Most network problems come from growth without a plan: home routers asked to do business work, Wi-Fi that does not reach the far office, no separation between guest, staff and camera traffic, and nobody who knows the passwords. Each problem on its own is small. Together they cost hours of lost work.

We design the network as a whole: coverage, capacity, security and how it is managed. Then we document it, so you are never locked out of your own network. Our Projects team installs the cabling it runs on, so one company owns the result.

When businesses call us

  • Wi-Fi dead spots

Calls drop and video meetings freeze in parts of the office.

  • A new or moving office

The network needs to be designed and running before staff arrive.

  • Security concerns

Guests, cameras and staff share one network, and nobody knows the firewall settings.

How it works

Four steps. One person accountable.

  1. Step 1

    Assess

We survey the site, check coverage and review your current equipment and internet links.

  2. Step 2

    Quote

You get a fixed quote for equipment, configuration and documentation.

  3. Step 3

    Deliver

We install and configure the network, often after hours, and test coverage and access with you.

  4. Step 4

    Support

Monitoring, updates and support keep the network secure and running.

Questions

How long does an office network installation take?

It depends on the size of the office, the number of access points and whether new cabling is needed. You get a timeline with the quote, and we can work after hours to avoid disruption.

Will you document our network?

Yes. You receive a record of the equipment, settings and passwords, so the network does not depend on one person or one provider.

Can visitors use our Wi-Fi safely?

Yes. Guest Wi-Fi runs on a separate network, so visitors get internet access without reaching your company systems.
